It is a artificial metallic extention which extends through apex of the tooth to bone. It increase the crown root ratio and stabilizes the weaked tooth

INDICATION
  • Horizontal fracture of tooth
  • Short root
  • Abscess present in root apex
PROCEDURE
             After the root canal treatment (RCT) in that particular teeth which as condition of above mentioned. A threaded like implant is placed to jawbone through the tooth apex.
             Cement is placed to the wall of root canal and coronal part of implant.
